December 21, 2005 Dear Colleague, Pharmacy Access Partnership is pleased to announce this Request for Proposals (RFP) (PDF-32K) for the States Take Action Towards EC Services (STATES) Regranting Program. We have the unique and exciting opportunity to provide seven (7) small grants to organizations working to improve pharmacy access to emergency contraception (EC) at the state level. These short-term (seven-month) grants are designed to support ongoing work as well as to inspire newly emerging efforts, ultimately creating momentum for longer-term endeavors. We look forward to the opportunity to work with state-level organizations to advance access to EC in pharmacies and to share in collective strategies and victories. The success of your efforts will serve to enhance your work and the work of colleagues nationwide, to improve access to EC. Please carefully review the guidelines in the attached RFP. Applications are due Friday, January 27, 2006. Throughout the STATES Regranting Program, Pharmacy Access Partnership will provide technical advice, assistance and resources to support your endeavors.
